Buying a home can be filled with highs and lows and having a realtor who can navigate this is key. Sherri was the perfect realtor for my husband and I as we looked for our very first home. She was with our numerous (and often repetitive) questions, incredibly knowledgeable and an ally to the end. She represented us well in negotiations and held firm to our requests. Gave us real talk, but was never heavy handed with her thoughts or opinions. Ultimately we found our home in a very difficult market with Sherri’s support. Looking forward to working with her again one day

Sherri was great. She worked very hard and made the experience much smoother as a first time seller. She was very timely, informative and ethical.

Sherri was actually my sixth grade science teacher back in the day. When I heard she became a realtor, I knew I had to use her to help me find my perfect home! As a first time home buyer, I appreciated how patient Sherri was with me and all my questions. She always looked out for me by showing me places that checked all of my boxes. This review is about Sherri Payne. My experience with her has been great. She is very professional, you can call/text her anytime about question you may have about different properties. She is diligent. She's definitely on your team when it comes to negotiations, she fights for you. Sherri and I looked at tons of properties. She is patient and honest. Sherri Payne was a pleasure to work with. As a first-time buyer she helped me with all my questions and added so much value to the entire experience. Whether it was helping me understand how to protect myself, explaining contracts or issues I might not have thought of that arose and had patience with me through the buying process.
